Join our listserv by following the directions here.

One of the primary resources available via the listserv in the coming months will be case studies that demonstrate the best practices and challenges for leading from the middle.  These case studies will also be available online and may be used in a variety of professional development activities.

We believe there are lessons to be learned from both successful and unsuccessful efforts.  In addition, leading from the middle can take many forms from actively enabling change to actually being the primary agent for change.  We are currently gathering names of people to interview about the lessons they have learned about addressing issues that are critical to student success and institutional effectiveness.  Please contact RP Group Leadership Chair Bob Gabriner at gabriner@sfsu.edu with your ideas and suggestions.
